Precision Nitrogen Control for Dry Cabinets

The Dr.Storage Digital Nitrogen Controller (NC-5R) is designed to precisely manage dry air filling within a cabinet to achieve desired relative humidity or optional oxygen levels. Unlike traditional nitrogen cabinets that continuously fill dry air, the NC-5R can save 30-60% of dry air consumption. In the event of a power outage, the controller automatically opens to continuously fill dry air, protecting the cabinet’s contents. This controller is compatible with nitrogen, CO2, or inert gases as the dry air source.

Key features include energy savings from non-continuous dry air filling, easy upgradeability for existing nitrogen cabinets, and robust data recording capabilities. The data recording function, viewable in graphs, allows users to monitor historical fluctuations of relative humidity, optional oxygen levels, and temperature, aiding in J-STD-033D compliance and calculating Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) floor life. A unique calibration reminding function flashes a decimal point on the panel after 365 days, ensuring sensor accuracy and ISO compliance. The NC-5R also features an alarm setting with flash and buzz options, activated when humidity, optional oxygen levels, or temperature exceed a set upper limit, with adjustable delay times.
